Overview :

Nike Playlist was a high-volume, multi-platform content initiative built to deliver youth-focused episodic video content across global digital channels. As a key contributor, I helped oversee a massive post-production pipeline that produced Season 10 and Season 11 including 34 episodic deliverables and more than 2,000 retouched stills. The scope of the project extended across multiple time zones and departments, requiring close collaboration with Nike stakeholders, agency leads, and a network of global vendors - including motion graphic artists, editors, colorists, and localization teams.

My role demanded daily cross-functional meetings to align all contributors, streamline timelines, and manage simultaneous episodes at various stages of post. Responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling, crew hiring and interviews, assignment orchestration, and leading solutions-focused conversations at the highest corporate level. The project also incorporated foreign language dubbing in Korean and Japanese, requiring a coordinated global effort and precise execution. The scale, complexity, and creative ambition of Nike Playlist made it one of the most dynamic and rewarding content pipelines I’ve ever helped lead.

Dubbing :

Brought in through a word of mouth recommendation, I was tasked with developing Conscious Minds foreign language dubbing workflow. I designed and implemented a scalable pipeline that supported multi-language deliverables, specifically Korean and Japanese, while integrating seamlessly into the broader post-production process. My approach prioritized clarity, consistency, and cross-team efficiency, allowing editors, translators, and sound teams across multiple regions to stay aligned. After successfully leading dubbing operations across two full seasons, I documented the system, trained the agency team, and handed off a turnkey solution for future use, leaving behind a fully operational and replicable workflow that continues to support Conscious Minds team today.

Results :

Across both seasons, Nike Playlist generated over 50 million impressions on YouTube alone, reaching a global audience. As the most recent and potentially final season of the series, this project stands as a tentpole moment in Nike’s content history, reflecting the brand’s deep commitment to inspiring the next generation. Featuring youth talent, cultural thought leaders, and world-renowned athletes, the series continues to make an impact and attract new viewers around the world.
