Nike Playlist is a multi-platform content initiative built to deliver youth-focused episodic video content across global digital channels. As a key contributor, I helped oversee a massive post-production pipeline that produced Season 10 and Season 11 including 34 episodic deliverables and more than 2,000 retouched stills.

The scope of the project extended across multiple time zones and departments, requiring close collaboration with Nike stakeholders, agency leads, and a network of global vendors - including motion graphic artists, editors, colorists, and localization teams. My role demanded daily cross-functional meetings to align all contributors, streamline timelines, and manage simultaneous episodes at various stages of post. Responsibilities included budgeting, scheduling, crew hiring and interviews, assignment orchestration, and leading solutions-focused conversations at the highest corporate level.
The project also incorporated foreign language dubbing in Korean and Japanese, requiring a coordinated global effort and precise execution. The scale, complexity, and creative ambition of Nike Playlist made it one of the most dynamic and rewarding content pipelines I’ve ever helped lead.
