This led to a contract as Head of Production reshaping their entire production pipeline, optimizing budget, equipment, and on-set workflows. A key focus was revolutionizing editing systems for rapid stakeholder quality control reviews and feedback implementation. Ultimately, I helped design and launch their dual Beverly Hills studio, overseeing 2000+ course productions as Head of Production while editing to achieve goals in record time.
